Standard Terms & Conditions 2008
Conditions of business for the introduction of Permanent Staff, (hereinafter referred to as "The Company")
- For the purpose of these conditions the expression "permanent staff" shall
mean applicants introduced to an employer by the Company and engaged for employment
by the employer or any other business, firm or company (hereinafter called "the
employer") and who shall be paid by the employer.
- In the event of the employer engaging an employee for employment in any capacity
after introduction by the Company then a fee shall be paid by the employer to the
Company in accordance with the following scale.
- A sum equal to 15.0% of the Annual Salary in the range €15,000 - €50,000
- A sum equal to 17.5% of the Annual Salary in the range €51,000 plus
- The said fee shall be paid to the Company immediately upon the employee commencing
employment with the employer at any time after introduction by the Company.
- The said fee shall be based on the total gross emolument payable by the employer
to the employee in respect of his employment.
- The company gives no guarantee as to the suitability of any employee for any employment
by the employer and shall not in any circumstances be liable for any act, omission,
error or default of the employee. The company recommend the employer to obtain suitable
reference prior to employing an employee.
- In the event of an employee leaving the employer after introduction by the Company
refund shall be allowed by the Company as follows:
- Period of Employment refund allowed:
- Up to 4 weeks 100% refund less €650.00 Admin. Charges
- Up to 8 weeks 50% refund
- Up to 12 weeks 25% refund
- Any application for refund by an employer should be made in writing to the company
within fourteen days of the date on which the employment is terminated. In the absence
of such written applications being received by the Company within the said period
of fourteen days no refund shall be given.
- No refund shall be given by the Company in respect of any employee leaving the employment
after a period of 12 weeks or longer from the date of commencement of employment.
- Any introduction by the Company to the employer shall imply acceptance by the employer of these terms and conditions.
